share links with a shout
ShoutKey is the temporary url shortener that gives you a randomly chosen English word as the key for your URL. This makes it easy to share a URL in a non-electronic way, like telling your friend across the room or writing it on a whiteboard.
Bookmarklets (drag to your bookmark bar):
Create ShoutKey! - create new ShoutKey for the current page (defaults to 5 minute expiration)
Open ShoutKey! - prompt for a ShoutKey and redirect to that URL
Preview ShoutKey! - prompt for a ShoutKey and go to preview page

I was with some friends at a hackathon, and we were all lamenting how hard it was to share a URL with other people at the table without knowing everyone's email/IM/etc... and bit.ly links are impossible to pronounce correctly. Someone came up with the idea of verbally sharing a plain word as the short url key. So, I finally whipped it up. Hopefully a few people find it useful :)
